– Yet another mystery band famous for their 7″ acetate. Back in the day, acetates were vinyl master copies used as backup. It is unknown how many copies of this acetate exist but it is estimated to be just a couple or so. We have managed to retrieve an old photo of this but it is really difficult to see any of the info mentioned on its label. One can tell, however, that the band members are mentioned by their first name. The only other evidence of Effigy’s existance is a press clipping of them playing at the town of Hatfield in Hertfordshire.
